Deep Audit: Website & App Review

Deep Audit is a fixed package for teams that want an outside, expert look at their product. I review your website or app the way users, app stores and search engines see it, and, if you give me access, the code behind it. You get a written report of strengths and issues ranked by priority, and a call to walk through it together. It condenses nine years of work across start-ups and enterprise into a clear list of what to fix first, and why.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Briefing call

One hour in which your team walks me through the product as it is today, its goals and its known pain points.

  2. 02

    In-depth analysis

I go through the product end to end, on real devices and browsers, to establish where it stands against current standards.

  3. 03

    Written report

A detailed document with strengths and issues, each with impact, effort and a concrete recommendation, ranked by priority.

  4. 04

    Debrief call

One hour to go through the findings together, answer your questions and agree on what to tackle first.

FAQ

Common questions

Something else? Ask me directly .

What exactly do I receive?

Two one-hour calls, a briefing at the start and a debrief at the end, and a written report. The report lists what already works well and every issue found, each with why it matters, how much effort it takes to fix and what I recommend, ordered by priority so your team knows where to start.

What can you audit?

Websites, web apps and mobile apps: native iOS and Android, React Native, Apple Watch and Apple TV. If your product spans more than one, such as an app with its website or dashboard, we agree the scope during the first contact.

Do you need access to the source code?

No, but it helps. Without it, the audit covers everything users, stores and search engines see. With read-only access to the repository it also covers architecture, dependencies and technical debt. I am happy to sign an NDA before seeing anything.

What do you need from us?

Access to the product (live, staging or TestFlight), a test account if there is a login, and the briefing call. Optional extras, like analytics or crash reports, make the findings sharper.

How much does it cost?

Deep Audit is a package at a fixed price, agreed before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Write to me with a few words about your product and I will send you the price and the delivery date.

What happens after the report?

You decide. The report is written so your own team can act on it independently. If you would rather have help, I can take on the fixes or new development as a separate engagement.
