Client work is governed by its own contract

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Descriptions of services, technologies and past projects are here to help you decide whether to get in touch — they are not commitments about scope, price or timing.

If we work together, the terms that actually govern that work live in the written agreement we sign for it: scope, deliverables, milestones, rates, payment terms, intellectual property and confidentiality. Those terms take precedence over anything written here.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything published here. If you quote at length, please credit me and link back to the original page.

The written content, images and design of this site are mine and are protected by copyright. Please don’t republish whole articles or pass them off as your own. Code snippets included in articles are there to be used freely in your own projects — no attribution required, no warranty offered.
